THE FUTURE OF
ENERGY IS
WYOMING
"…All of our energy is valuable. New technology can make it better and more abundant. It is time for Wyoming to press her established leadership on energy, the environment, and private property to her advantage."
- Governor Mark Gordon
VISION
NEW ENEREGY FOR WYOMING
The Pronghorn Project is a proposed wind and solar energy development in Converse County, Wyoming. The Project has been updated to focus on wind and solar electricity generation while minimizing its geographic footprint and greatly reducing water use.

The current project plan reflects the growing need to more quickly bring online new sources of home-grown, low-cost electricity generation, for America and Wyoming to continue to maintain energy dominance.

Pronghorn is working to create new energy and opportunities for economic growth in Converse County. Read the full announcement about the update project here.
THE UPDATED PROJECT
The Pronghorn Project has been redesigned as a wind and solar electricity generation project with a significantly smaller geographic footprint and without a hydrogen production component.
The Project's footprint has been reduced to approximately 30% of its previosuly considered size. The map below provides a general overview of the current and prior proposed project area.
